Green Homes North

A City sponsored program to provide affordable sustainable single family homes built on vacant properties in North Minneapolis. From 2013-2015 Peyser LLC developed three GHN projects at 3858 Sheridan North, 4150 Upton North shown here, and 4101 James Avenue North. Our newest project, currently under construction at 3519 Dupont Avenue North is a smaller 1 - 1/2 story 1,000sf bungalow style design that will attempt LEED Certification.
